Thalia earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Liberty University. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and has worked with a range of ages from children to older adults in life adjustments, trauma, and anxiety. She works from an eclectic approach of theories, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She always holds space and does what is best for her clients. She is committed to helping you understand that healing is not linear, and you will work with her as a team to complete your goals.
